 The Inn is located between downtown Greeley and the University of Northern Colorado. The unique octagonal three-story structure, built in 1997, was warmly and enthusiastically received as blending in well with existing historic homes in the neighborhood. The wrap-around verandah features rocking chairs and benches. The Great Room offers an inviting fireplace, a complete entertainment center and large selection of books. All 10 guest rooms were designed with comfort and safety in mind. Each room offers distinct antique and classic country furnishings along with: king or queen bed, desk with modem port and telephone, comfortable seating, reading lamps and private baths. Ideal for business travel, small meetings, or a romantic getaway.
